This is the primary way in which I work. Given the sensitive nature of recovery and the variety of challenges that frequently arise on a person's path to healing, private sessions are the safest and most beneficial way of working together. Unlike in group situations, one-on-one sessions enable me to give you my fullest attention and address your individual situation. For people who prefer not to leave their home, require greater scheduling flexibility, or live far away, online private sessions can be a wonderful solution. Despite not being in the same room, all of the same benefits of practicing Trauma Sensitive Yoga are still available. To book please contact me directly.
There is something very powerful about a group of people coming together, all working at their own pace and according to their own needs, but together. These normally take place as a series of 8 or 10 weekly practices, with a limit of 8-10 participants, men and women separate. Most groups are provided as an integrated service within nonprofit agencies, mental health treatment centers and organizations, however also privately on an intermittent basis throughout the year.
