My name is Rachel and I work with people who have survived interpersonal trauma to reconnect with, and rediscover their bodies through Trauma Center, Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY). My commitment is to be as supportive of your healing process as possible, and to offer a safe and highly trauma-informed yoga practice in which people can begin to reclaim and befriend their bodies.
